“If your resilience is tested, it means you’re growing.”
That line captures my entire year in one sentence.
Over the past twelve months, I’ve had the opportunity to work across three major enterprise platforms—SAP MDG, BlackLine, and Oracle Hyperion—each one stretching me in new ways and sharpening my ability to deliver under pressure.
🔹 SAP MDG
This was all about strengthening the backbone of data integrity: refining governance workflows, ensuring compliance, and aligning processes across complex landscapes.
🔹 BlackLine
Here, the focus shifted to automation. Streamlining account reconciliations and intercompany matching, eliminating manual steps, and watching close cycles accelerate was incredibly rewarding.
🔹 Oracle Hyperion / Essbase
Hyperion brought its own set of challenges—from version upgrades to performance tuning. I leaned heavily into automation, modernizing legacy batch processes and rebuilding them in PowerShell to improve reliability and efficiency.
Managing these platforms simultaneously was no small task. Some days started with governance discussions, moved into financial automation workshops, and ended with late‑night debugging of a Hyperion data load. Exhausting at times—but equally energizing. Every challenge pushed me to think bigger, work smarter, and deliver solutions that truly made an impact.
This year reinforced one powerful lesson: growth lives inside complexity.
And together, we delivered meaningful outcomes—faster close cycles, stronger governance, and more resilient planning systems.
